Ryan Steuer
I’m Ryan Steuer – child of God, entrepreneur and missionary coach who helps missionaries see more than they can ask or imagine through workshops, coaching, and courses. The poverty mindset that many donors and missionaries have keeps us thinking missionaries signed up to scrape by with very little. I believe Ephesian 3:20 applies to all of us (even missionaries):
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,”
Too often, we look at our finances and say, “What have you called me to do with this Lord?”
Instead of asking, “What have you called me to do, Lord?” and then create a budget..
As we run Magnify Missions workshops, we see missionaries:
full of energy and focus as they open up a coffee shop in Zambia.
create new income streams for their family.
use their band to bring the Gospel to public schools while operating in their zone of genius instead of their zone of drudgery.
serving refugees in Chicago excitedly (not begrudgingly) inviting donors into God’s story.

Sara is a native Hoosier, born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She spent two years after college living in Budapest, Hungary, serving with Student Venture, a high school ministry affiliated with Cru. She then worked as a barista for a year and then transitioned to teaching English.
She spent nine years at New Tech IDEAS, a Project Based Learning public high school, where she saw her classroom as a mission field and teaching as a ministry. She remained involved in missions through her church and has been on many missions trips both internationally and within the states.
After getting married, she worked for Magnify Learning, a PBL professional development company. She now lives just outside of Fort Wayne, IN with her husband, who is part of a band that does ministry with high school youth. They have a beautiful little girl who is both a joy and delight!
Sara has since transitioned from helping educators learn PBL to working for Magnify Missions. She now uses her experience in education and missions, creativity, organizational skills and love of Jesus to help missionaries and Christian entrepreneurs operate from a place of self-care and sustainability. She enjoys facilitating workshops and coaching.
In her time outside of Magnify Missions work, you can most often find her at a class at the YMCA, exploring new coffee shops, tending to her many plants, playing games, enjoying nature (biking, kayaking, hiking, walking), and spending time with her awesome husband, her sweet little girl, family, and friends.
