Greetings Magnify Missions Participants, 

I wanted to cover a few items in regards to travel. We're continuing to make preparations for our time together in June, and we're excited to gather together in beautiful Silverthorne, Colorado!

 Travel Arrangements:

• We are staying at the following property: Falcon’s Nest. Rooms will be assigned upon arrival.

• Your best option is to fly into Denver International Airport (DIA), which is roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes from Silverthorne.

• You're booking a flight for arrival on Sunday, June 15th and leaving Friday, June 20th.

• We'll be having a group dinner together at the house Sunday, June 15th starting at 6:00 PM, so please book a flight that enables you to be a part of that group dinner. 

• You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the airport. We recommend booking a rental car.

Expenses:

• Please use this Expense Form to track all of your expenses. You'll be submitting this form along with digital copies of all of your receipts. 

• Reimbursement will take place after the Expense Form, receipts, and the Participant Reflection are all submitted.

  • Expense Forms and Receipts should be emailed to finance@magnifylearningin.org.

• Reimbursement will come in the form of a check and should arrive within a week of submitting your expense form.
